Yeast Propagation - VIDEO

John took a visit to Stewart Brewing earlier in the week to propagate the yeast for Anorak. Here is a video of the action:

What is Natural Selection Brewing?

Natural Selection Brewing is a project by four MSc students at the International Centre for Brewing and Distilling, Heriot-Watt University.

The project consists of designing, branding, marketing and selling a beer in Edinburgh and the UK.

The beer will be launched on July 10th at 7pm in Bannermans, Edinburgh. We will be joined by one of Edinburghs best bands who will be performing live with material from their most recent upcoming album.

We will also be hosting a second launch on July 17th at 6pm in The Rake, London. No live music here but plenty of beer will be available to keep the conversation flowing!
